EL PASO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — The Texas Nationwide Guard has despatched a 36-member group to El Paso to help morgues within the border area with sufferers who’ve died from COVID-19.

“As of (Friday), our Medical Examiner’s Workplace is reporting that 234 fatalities are being held at our important morgue and at our 9 cellular morgues,” Samaniego wrote.
