FRANKLIN (CBS) – A person was shot and killed inside a house in Franklin early Thursday morning, the primary homicide there in 23 years, based on police.
Somebody referred to as 911 from a home on Elwood Highway round 12:45 a.m. to report a capturing there. When officers arrived, they discovered 26-year-old Deandre Akeem Scott of Attleboro with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Milford Regional Medical Middle the place he died.
